By using Mogu's app or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Mogu.
Description of service
Mogu helps diners discover new, recently opened, and soon-to-open restaurants, and gives restaurant owners tools to claim and manage their listing.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
Restaurant owner submissions
Restaurant owners are responsible for the accuracy of claimed listing information, photos, coupons, and events they submit. Approval of a claim remains a manual review decision.
Prohibited conduct
Don't misrepresent your ownership of a restaurant, submit false information, or misuse the coupon or review systems.
Disclaimers
Mogu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of listing or review information at any given time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mogu isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We'll post any material changes to this page before they take effect.
